Dr Airell Hodgkinson

Director of Clinical Training (DCT) 

Dr Airell Hodgkinson is a keen advocate for rural health and communities. He has worked across Western Australia from Kununurra to Esperance and is now based in Albany doing primary care, anaesthetics and emergency medicine. He is an enthusiastic educator and instructs on several critical care courses as well as supervising junior doctors and medical students.

Bronwyn Smith

Medical Education Officer (MEO) 

Bronwyn Smith is a Musculoskeletal & Sports Physiotherapist who relocated to the Great Southern from Perth. In addition to her private practice clinical work, she has had extensive experience in the tertiary sector working as a Clinical Professional Lecturer of Physiotherapy, as well as other discipline specific leadership roles at Curtin University. Bronwyn hopes to bring her knowledge of primary health care, background in teaching/mentoring and project management skills to aid rural generalists on their training journey. In her spare time, she enjoys being involved in local community sport, hiking, and exploring the Great Southern region.
