Dr Anoop Pem

Director of Clinical Training (DCT) 

Dr Anoop Pem is a GP-Anaesthetist working as an Aeromedical Retrieval Doctor with the Royal Flying Doctor Service. He graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2011 and pursued rural generalist training in country Victoria gaining experience in emergency, anaesthetics and Alpine and ski-field medicine. He has an interest in education and training, previously as a supervisor for GP registrars and lecturer for the University of Melbourne rural clinical school. He is a keen advocate for rural generalist medicine with an understanding of the training requirements and support required for trainees to achieve this.



Karen Osmetti

Medical Education Officer (MEO) 

Karen Osmetti was born and bred in Kalgoorlie-Boulder and is excited to work with junior doctors and medical students to showcase the wonderful Goldfields region as the exciting and rewarding place it can be. After joining WACHS-Goldfields in May 2022, Karen looks forward to supporting the Rural Generalist Pathway as part of her role as Medical Education Officer at Kalgoorlie Health Campus.
